We offer full service retreat management, planning, and execution. That means we handle every detail of the planning. We create a retreat registration site, process payments, communicate all details to participants, manage vendors, etc. You only need to focus on promotions and your content.

As the retreat leader, you have no upfront cost. You earn payment-per participant. The amount is based on retreat type, length, location, and complexity. (Typically ranges $100- $300 per participant) After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a quote.

We want to make this as easy as possible for you. Our business model makes it so the risk is very low for the retreat leader. There is no cost required. Swell manages the financial and operational load, freeing the leader up from the managerial responsibilities. Once the specific retreat details are defined, a contract is signed between Swell and the leader outlining all of the details.
