  • We offer full service trip management, planning, and execution. That means we handle every detail of the planning. We create a trip registration site, process payments, communicate all details to participants, manage vendors, etc. You only need to focus on promotions and your content.

  • Since we are a custom trip planning company, we work as your guide to design a one-of-a-kind trip just for you. We take care of everything start to finish, manage all of the details of the complete experience and eliminate the stress for you. We do so with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form, send an email or a DM on instagram. We’ll talk through your retreat ideas and put together a unique plan just for you.

  • As the trip leader, you have no upfront cost. You earn payment-per participant. The amount is based on trip type, length, location, and complexity. (Typically ranges $100- $300 per participant) After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a quote.

  • We want to make this as easy as possible for you. Our business model makes it so the risk is very low for the trip leader. There is no cost required. Swell manages the financial and operational load, freeing the leader up from the managerial responsibilities. Once the specific trip details are defined, a contract is signed between Swell and the leader outlining all of the details.
